Refund Policy


By accessing this website, you hereby agree to, and accept the following terms and conditions with regards to our return, refund, cancellation and exchange policy. By purchasing you are agreeing to all of our policies and freeing us of any liability.


Due to the nature and safety of our business, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, and/or offer refunds and/or exchanges due to hygiene and contamination issues as we adhere to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) at all times.


Once an order is placed and processed through the system, it is final, and cannot be cancelled and/or refunded and/or credited due to a change in mind, and/or an allergic reaction to any of the listed ingredients.


Allergic reactions and/or sensitivity

We believe in transparency, honesty, sincerity and integrity. As everyone’s skin is different, it is imperative that you read the list of ingredients first before purchasing any product/s so as to enable you to make informed choices. Always remember that you should never use new products on broken and/or irritated and/or damaged and/or compromised skin. Bella Bellini Botanics will not be held liable and/or responsible should a skin reaction occur as a result of any consumer using any of our product/s.


We have designed Petite Care/Travel/Sample packs for purchase which are ideal sample sizes to try. A 24 hour patch test on the inner arm is recommended on receipt of any new product/s for the first time, be it Petite Care/Travel/Sample packs or normal sizes. Should you develop an allergic reaction to any of the products, please stop use immediately, and email us on info@bellabellini.co.za  . We will try our level best to assist you by trying to pin point the allergic reaction. Unfortunately no refunds and/or returns, and/or exchanges and/or credit notes are allowed due to the nature and safety of our business.


What you should do if some of the product has shifted towards the lid

Sometimes the contents of the container may have shifted towards the lid during shipping and/or transit which is unavoidable due to the nature of the product. Should this happen, please use a clean spatula to move the contents back into the container. Due to the nature and safety of our business, we unfortunately cannot accept, returns, and/or offer refunds and/or exchanges due to hygiene and contamination issues.


Products sent to you in error

We strive to ensure that you receive your correct order. However, if a package is sent to you in error, please email us immediately with a photograph of the waybill with the order number. We will rectify the error by sending you your correct order at our cost. We will also arrange a courier to collect the incorrect package from you at our cost as well.


Containers damaged in transit

We go to great lengths to ensure that our containers are packaged properly and carefully. Should any of the container/s be damaged in transit, please email us photos of the waybill with the order number and the damaged container/s immediately on info@bellabellini.co.za  within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Kindly courier the product back to us via a reliable reputable courier service with a tracker number at your cost. Upon our receipt of the product, it will be fully inspected, investigated, and responsibly disposed of. You will be issued with a credit note for that particular product. We are entitled to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price of the product/s, but we will make a discretionary call regarding the 10% handling fee pending the inspection and/or investigation of the damage.


Lead time

Please note that all products are made fresh in batches on order. A 10 working business day (Monday to Friday) lead time is required. This should help cater for any unforeseen national power outages and/or strikes. Bella Bellini Botanics cannot be held responsible and/or liable for time delays in this regard.
